A planning application has been received for 10A Sherman Road which is directly behind the recent proposal for 6-10 Sherman Road from BeLiving. This wholly independent development is described as a “mixed-use, 10-storey scheme comprising 6 x one bed, 3 x two bed flats and B1 commercial space”.

Developers BeLiving have finally delivered their formal planning application to Bromley Council. The proposed scheme sits behind Bromley North station and has now grown to 23 storeys.
