While the impact on Site A of Bromley town centre’s loss of Housing Zone status is still uncertain, developers Prime Place are pushing forward with development of the site on the south end of Sherman Road.
A report to the LBB Renewal and Recreation Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee on 5th April 2017 (PDF Available) stated that:
3.6 Prime Place have indicated that they entered into a development agreement with Network Rail and that they propose to submit a planning application in Spring 2017 for the first phase of development on the Sherman Road portion of the Opportunity Site. “
